Confluence spaces need to have link consistency and relevancy for users. Often that means smartlinks, but in other circumstances like technical documentation the full URL is required.
Page title suffix and prefix
Select any group of pages across a space:
- add page title prefix
- add page title suffix
- tip: use a space after the prefix or before the suffix
Whenever possible, use short and unique page titles. In deeper page hierarchies where pages are nested at multiple levels in the page tree the page titles can start to get cut off. In these cases a space manager tool to add prefixes or suffixs will keep your page titles short, clear and unique (a Confluence requirement).

Getting started with Space Content Manager
- Install the app
In header menu Apps → Find new apps.
- Upon install, a system administrator needs to do a one-time step to allow access
A system administrator needs to open the app and click ‘Allow access’. This is a required one-time step before all users with permission can use the app. This pop-up will appear when they go to Space Content Manager for the first time.

FAQ
Can I buy only for some Confluence users?
No. We are required to follow Atlassian licensing rules and they do not allow this.
All Atlassian Marketplace apps must match (or exceed) the parent product in terms of user tier. This means you need to purchase the same user tier for any app that you have for the host product (example Confluence).
