Easily search for a word, number, letter or phrase in pages across a space. Then replace it with something else. Use it to edit multiple pages at once or when accuracy is essential.
You can match case or refine your search to specific pages. Even limit changes to only titles or body of a page.
For example, replace “internet” with “Internet” on all pages, or search “WHO” with match case and replace with “World Health Organization” in body of text only.

Complete control over pages you search
With large spaces a best practice is to refine which pages are searched.
- find across an entire space (default)
- restrict to child pages (option to exclude parent)
- select specific pages

Where to access Find and Replace once installed
Find and Replace by Easy Apps works both across a space or on an individual page.
Space level
To find and replace across a space, in the left side menu of any page under Apps select Find and Replace.
Page level
Click the … (3 dots) in the top right corner of the page where you want to find and replace to open the More actions menu.
Scroll down and select Find and Replace.
By installing from the Atlassian Marketplace the app Find and Replace by Easy Apps you can use it to specify the text you want to find and then specify what you want to replace it with. The app will check through one or thousands of pages and replace all occurrences in one go or you can deselect pages as needed. Fast and accurate.
